Samsung Galaxy S7 with Snapdragon 820 SoC tops GeekBench Multi-Score test
Earlier reports regarding the Samsung Galaxy S7 had revealed that the upcoming flagship from Samsung will come in two processor variants - Exynos 8890 and Snapdragon 820.
Today, a GeekBench listing of the Samsung Galaxy S7 powered by the Snapdragon 820 was spotted which further confirms the leaks.
Tipsters have already revealed that Samsung will be launching the Snapdragon 820 variants exclusively in China and US whereas the S7 in other markets will hone the Exynos 8890.
According to the latest leak by a Chinese tipster Samsung is indeed using a higher clocked Snapdragon 820 SoC inside the Galaxy S7. In fact Samsung has worked on the SoC to optimize it for better thermal management and lower power consumption.
