Samsung has announced the Galaxy Z Fold7 at its Galaxy Unpacked event, calling it the most advanced Galaxy Z series device yet. Weighing just 215 grams, the Galaxy Z Fold7 is even lighter than the Galaxy S25 Ultra and also features a refined, slimmer profile, measuring just 8.9 mm when folded and 4.2 mm when unfolded. The dual-SIM Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 has an 8-inch QXGA+ (1,968x2,184 pixels) Dynamic AMOLED 2X Infinity Flex display on the inside with a 120Hz adaptive refresh rate, while the cover display measures 6.5 inches and offers full-HD+ (1,080x2,520 pixels) resolution 120Hz adaptive refresh rate. The handset has Corning Gorilla Glass Ceramic 2 protection on the cover display, which is a new glass ceramic that has crystals intricately embedded within its glass matrix.

The Galaxy Z Fold7 is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy chipset paired with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of internal storage. It also includes several AI features such as Gemini Live, AI Results View, Circle to Search, and more.
