Samsung One UI 9 Is Coming Soon: These Galaxy Phones Could Get the Android 17 Update First

Samsung is already working on One UI 9, its next-generation Android skin based on Android 17. While the software is expected to debut alongside the upcoming Galaxy S26 series, many Galaxy users are eager to know when the update will arrive on older devices like the Galaxy S25, Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S23.

Samsung is expected to launch the stable version of One UI 9 with the Galaxy S26 series between late August and September 2026.

Following its usual rollout strategy, the company will first update its latest flagship devices before expanding the release to older Galaxy smartphones.
