Samsung has set its roadmap for the year 2018. The Korean technology giant has reportedly laid out its sales plans for this year and has given the sales figures to its suppliers. As per a report on theinvester.co.kr, Samsung plans to sell 320 million smartphones, 40 million feature phones, 20 million tablets and 5 million wearable devices in the year 2018.

The target hasn't changed if we compare it to the last year's records due to the saturated market response from consumers. However, with the planned target for the year 2018, the company is all set to give a tough competetion to its rival companies Apple and Huawei.

While Samsung's main focus is on the smartphone market, it certailnly doesn't want to be left behind in terms of tablets and wearable devices. Samsung is chasing a target of selling 40 million feature phones, 20 million Tablets and 5 milllion wearable devices, which is certainly going to increase the overall revenue of the company.
The most awaited series of Samsung smartphones is the Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9+ which are supposed to offer some premium features. Reports suggest that the Galaxy S9+ will have dual-lens camera and best-in-class screen.
Samsung, the Korean tech giant has been ruling the smartphone market for quite some time now. The company's Galaxy series needs no introduction and the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy S8 Plus were one of the best Android handsets launched in the year 2017.
