Samsung working on several dual camera smartphones: Galaxy C8 leaked
Samsung Galaxy C8 will reportedly sport a vertically arranged 12-megapixel sensor and a 5-megapixel one at the back.
Samsung might soon be revealing a few more smartphones with dual camera setup in the market.

While we already have heard about the Galaxy J7+, now a couple of new images which are allegedly the official promotional materials for the Galaxy C8 have appeared online. These pictures seem to have been obtained by SamMobile.
However, what's interesting about these images is that the two promos seen below seemingly confirm that the upcoming Samsung smartphone will also feature a dual camera setup at the rear. So now we have two Samsung smartphones with dual cameras. Reports say that the device will reportedly sport a vertically arranged 12-megapixel sensor and a 5-megapixel one at the back.
Apart from the cameras, the images hint that the handset will come with a fingerprint scanner which should probably be embedded into its physical Home button. Samsung seems to have designed the poster in a relatively colorful and vibrant manner, and we are assuming that the company will likely target this device at a younger generation.
There has been another interesting development regarding the Galaxy C8 as well. The C8 will come with model number SM-C7100. But as we know this model smartphone has already been spotted online on several occasions. Initial reports did suggest that the handset will be marketed as the Galaxy C7 (2017). Nonetheless, Samsung seems to have gone with Galaxy C8 moniker now.
As for the specifications, previous reports have suggested that Samsung SM-C7100 or Galaxy C8 is expected to come with a 5.5-inch full HD (1920 x 1080) Super AMOLED display, MediaTek Helio P20 MT6757 2.39/1.69 GHz octa-core processor, 4GB/3GB RAM, 32GB/64GB of native storage and 256 GB expandable storage via a micro SD card. The device will likely run on Android Nougat 7.1.1.
Samsung Galaxy C8 will also feature a 16-megapixel front-facing camera. The smartphone is said to be backed by a 2560mAh battery. Connectivity options should include 4G-LTE with VoLTE, Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS/A-GPS and a micro USB port. The dimensions of the phone will be 152.4 x 74.7 x 7.9 mm and it will weigh 178 grams. Reports also suggest that Bixby might be present on this handset as well.
The good news though! As the smartphone has already been certified by the Wi-Fi Alliance (WFA), Chinese TENAA, and the Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG), Samsung could launch the device soon in various markets globally.
