To create more hype around the launch, Asus has announced a contest for its Indian customer on Twitter. The winner of the contest will get an Asus ZenFone 4 smartphone for free. So let's find out about the contest. All you have to do is post a Boomerang video of yourself breaking a selfie stick or ditching a selfie stick on Twitter and tag Asus India's official handle.

The video should also have the hashtag #DitchTheSelfieStick in the caption. If you go to Asus India's Twitter page, you will see many people have already posted the videos. So don't wait and submit your own video today.

This contest has also revealed an important piece of information. Asus has not specified that which phone from the ZenFone 4 lineup will be unveiled in the coming week. However, the #DitchTheSelfieStick contest clearly indicates that it will be the Asus ZenFone 4 Selfie. We say this as the ZenFone 4 Selfie is a selfie-centric device.

Talking about the main highlight of the smartphone, it boasts of a dual front-facing camera setup. There is one 20MP primary sensor and another 8MP secondary sensor. The secondary sensor is equipped with a wide-angle lens. For the rear camera, the ZenFone 4 Selfie uses a 16MP camera.

When it comes to other aspects, the Asus ZenFone 4 Selfie features a 5.5-inch HD IPS display. Under its hood, the phone is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 4300 chipset which is further paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage.

The device is backed by a 3000mAh battery and it runs on ZenUI 4.0 based on Android Nougat 7.1.1.
