Smartphone OEMs are gearing up to introduce their newest flagship models, equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC. Xiaomi has already launched its Xiaomi 17 series with Qualcomm's latest processor. Meanwhile, Realme, OnePlus, and iQOO are also readying their next-generation flagship devices.

The upcoming Realme GT 8 Pro, iQOO 15, Redmi K90 Pro, and OnePlus 15 will debut in China later this month. They will all feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC. Recently, details about their camera capabilities have surfaced online. Here's what the new leak suggests:

Camera Specifications of Upcoming Flagships

According to recent leaks, each of these flagship phones will boast a 50MP main camera using a 1/1.5-inch sensor. Additionally, one of these devices will include a larger 50MP camera with a 1/1.3-inch sensor. However, the specific phone model for this larger sensor remains unspecified.

For telephoto photography, two of these smartphones will be equipped with 50MP cameras featuring 1/2.76-inch sensors. Another device will offer a 50MP camera with a slightly larger 1/1.95-inch sensor. Notably, one phone will stand out with a remarkable 200MP periscope telephoto camera using a 1/1.56-inch sensor.

Telephoto and Ultra-Wide Camera Features

All the telephoto lenses in these devices are reportedly periscope types. However, only one of them is expected to support telephoto macro photography capabilities. Details regarding the ultra-wide cameras for these phones have not been disclosed by DCS.
