    At the IFA 2017, one of the biggest tech shows, Sony is all set to unveil a slew of smartphones. The event will start in a few minutes from now and the company is expected to launch the flagship XZ1 and a couple of other smartphones.

    Well, Sony is believed to unveil the Xperia XZ1, the successor of the yesteryear model and the XZ1 Compact along with the Xperia XA1 at the event today. The interesting aspect is that Sony is expected to launch the flagship smartphone with a bezel-less design as we have seen in the flagships from the other manufacturers. Also, the Xperia XZ1 Compact is believed to be a watered down variant of the flagship.

    As per the recent information, the company is believed to not stop with just three smartphone launches at the IFA 2017. We say so as Sony is likely to launch the Xperia XA1 Plus as well at the show floor. In fact, the renders of this alleged device have also been leaked hinting at increased possibilities of its launch.

    Moreover, a recent GFXBench listing revealed the alleged specs of the Xperia XZ1 series smartphones. It pointed out that these smartphones will run on Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box rising speculations as the Google Pixel phones to be launched later this year are supposed to be the first ones to be launched with this iteration of the OS. Anyways, we need not wait for long to know more as the launch is just a few minutes away from now.
