Sony seems to have a lot in store for their conference scheduled on February 22nd at the MWC 2016. And guess what, one of those devices waiting to be unveiled might be the successor to the Xperia C5 Ultra which was launched last year.
In fact a reputed tipster @onleaks have landed upon a render of the alleged device (picture above). Those following Sony for some time now would be aware of a mysterious device (picture below) which got leaked in flesh towards the end of last year. While many a reports had referred the device as the C5 Ultra successor, not much circumstantial evidence could be gathered.
However the report by @onleaks seems to do some justice to those leaked hands on images. Aren't the two images rather similar? Have a look at the uppermost of the device - the placement of the sensors, speaker grill and front camera are identical. Apart from that the image leaked by @onleaks reveals that the Sony Xperia C6 Ultra comes with a very narrow bezel. Rather it appear narrower than the already nominal, 0.8mm bezels found in the Xperia C5 Ultra.
The leaked image further indicate that the Xperia C6 Ultra will come in three colours namely Black, Rose Gold and White. Much of the specifications of the smartphone aren't known as of yet. However it is believed that the Xperia C6 Ultra will pack a 5.5 inch to 6 inch Full HD (1920x1080p) IPS display and a Mediatek Helio P10 SoC under the hood.
