Sony Xperia XZ1 is now available in India.
As promised, Sony has launched the flagship Xperia XZ1 smartphone in India. The device went official at the IFA 2017 tech show in Berlin late last month.

The highlight of the Sony Xperia XZ1 priced at Rs. 44,990 is the 3D creator app that lets users capture in 3D and turn people as well as objects into high-resolution 3D avatars. The smartphone is available only in the Black color variant in India. The sale of the Xperia XZ1 is available starting from today via both online and offline all over the country.
Camera
The Sony Xperia XZ1 has a 19MP main camera with the Exmor RS sensor, f/2.0 aperture, 5-axis stabilization, 4K video recording support, 960fps slow-motion video recording, and predictive capture. The main camera has the triple image sensing technology as well. Up front, there is a 13MP selfie snapper with an Exmor RS sensor, f/2.0 aperture, FHD video recording ability, and 22mm wide-angle lens. As mentioned above, the Sony smartphone comes with the 3D creator app that lets users capture in 3D and turn people as well as objects into high-resolution 3D avatars.
Display
The Sony Xperia XZ1 bestows a 5.2-inch FHD 1080p HDR Triluminos Display with the Sony X-Reality engine and Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection.
Hardware
The Sony flagship smartphone is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 835 SoC paired with Adreno 540 GPU, 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 256GB using a microSD card. Undoubtedly, the phone support hybrid dual SIM feature.
Other features
The Xperia XZ1 has features such as DSEE HX, Digital Noise Cancelling, LDAC, 4G VoLTE, MIMO, GPS, Bluetooth 5.0, USB Type-C, NFC, Wi-Fi, and a 2700mAh battery with the Qnovo Adaptive charging technology. The smartphone is water resistant with the IP68 rating. Also, there is a fingerprint sensor on board.
