Sony Xperia Z5 to Taste Android 6.0 Marshmallow Soon

    Smartphone maker Sony has started rolling out the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update for its recently launched high-end smartphone Xperia Z5. As of now, this update has seeded for Xperia Z5 in Turkey and soon it will reach Xperia Z5 Compact and Premium.

    Coming to the specs, this device is powered by a 5.2-inch display, Octa-Core Snapdragon 810 SoC, 3GB RAM, 32GB internal memory, expandable up to 200GB via microSD card, 23MP/5MP camera, 2900mAh battery and powered by Android 5.1 Lollipop out of the box.

    On the other side, the company has announced that the Xperia M4 Aqua will be directly getting the Android 6.0, skipping the Android 5.1 Lollipop. Initially, the Android 6.0 Marshmallow was announced at the Google I/O on May 28th last year as Android M and later officially launched as Marshmallow on August 17th.

    Moving on to the features of Android 6.0, it comes with App permission, Google's Now on Tap, Doze Mode, RAM Manager, Auto backup and restore, Battery life, Auto handling apps, Android Pay and etc.

    Besides, the company has rolled out the Android 5.1 Lollipop update for Xperia M5 and Xperia M5 Dual, Xperia C4, Xperia C5 Ultra.
