Few days back, the Japan-based handset company Sony has launched world's first smartphone with a 4K display dubbed has Xperia Z5 Premium.

Anyhow, it was believed that this handset was previously referred to the Xperia Z5 Ultra, a new rumor suggests that the company did not give up on the Ultra device.

According to the report, Xperia Z5 Ultra will sport a 6.44-inch display with a resolution of 2160 x 3840 pixels which is translated to 4K, a 23MP primary camera an 4000mAh battery.

If the rumor turns out to be true, this device will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 820 SoC along with 4GB RAM under the hood.

Moving on to the availability of the device, the Sony Xperia Z5 Ultra is said to be released on March 2016.

Anyhow, none of this had been officially confirmed, we request you to take this with pinch of salt.

On the other hand, the Android 5.1.1 Lollipop firmware started to seed with the build number 10.7.A.0.222 for Xperia Z (C6602, C6603 variants), Xperia ZL (C6503, C6506 variants), Xperia ZR (C5503 only) and Xperia Tablet Z Wi-Fi (SGP311, SGP312) and Xperia Tablet Z LTE models (SGP321 only)
