Honor recently unveiled a new foldable smartphone in China. The Honor V Purse debuts as an outward folding smartphone that mimics a real purse. The Honor V Purse was first unveiled at IFA, Berlin.
The Honor V Purse is the latest foldable smartphone from the brand and arrives with a Qualcomm chipset, an outward folding OLED display, and a dual-camera setup.

Honor V Purse Pricing
The Honor V Purse price is set at CNY 5,999 (roughly Rs 68,200) for the base 16GB/256GB model. Additionally, the 16GB/512GB variant of the Honor V Purse costs CNY 6,599 (roughly Rs 75,000). As of now, there is no word about the international availability of the Honor V Purse.

Honor V Purse Specifications
The Honor V Purse is powered by the Snapdragon 778G SoC paired with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. The handset runs Android 13-based MagicOS 7.2. The Honor V Purse packs a 4,500 mAh battery with 35W fast charging support.
For optics, the Honor V Purse gets a dual-camera setup with a 50 MP primary sensor and a 12 MP ultrawide lens. Moreover, the display has an 8 MP selfie camera tucked away in the hole-punch camera cutout. The Honor V Purse sports a 7.71-inch OLED display when unfolded with a resolution of 2,348 x 2,016 pixels and a 10.5:9 aspect ratio.
When folded, the display measures 6.45 inches with a resolution of 2,348 x 1,088 pixels and a 19.4:9 aspect ratio. The 10-bit panel supports DCI-P3 colours and a 90Hz refresh rate. It also features a peak brightness of 1,600 nits and 2,160Hz high frequency PWM dimming. The Honor V Purse weighs 216 grams and measures 4.3mm thick when unfolded and 8.6mm thick when unfolded.
