Vivo iQOO Neo Handset To Be Powered By Snapdragon 855 SoC: Specifications, Price
Vivo has confirmed via Weibo that its new iQOO Neo smartphone will be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 mobile platform. Based on a recent report, the smartphone will launch in 6GB RAM/64GB storage, 6GB RAM/128GB storage and 8GB RAM/128GB storage options. It could also launch with 256GB UFS 3.0 storage option, paired with 8GB RAM.

The smartphone might ship with a Full HD+ OLED panel with a waterdrop notch. The display of the device would house a fingerprint scanner. We can expect the phone to sport a triple rear camera setup. It is believed to house a 4,500 mAh battery which could come with support for up to 33W fast charging. And, with the new charging technology, the battery is claimed to get refueled to 25 percent power in just 10 minutes.
Furthermore, the new handset could launch in Carbon Black, Electro-Optic Violet, and Icelandic Aurora color options. It is expected to launch in India at Rs. 18,090 for the base variant of 6GB RAM and 64GB in-built storage.
We earlier saw the Vivo iQOO Pro 5G which was launched with a 6.41-inch touchscreen display. Under the hood, it is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 Plus processor, coupled with 8GB RAM and 128GB ROM option. It sports a 48MP, 13MP, and a 2MP sensor at the rear, while at the front it houses a 12MP camera lens. It runs FuntouchOS 9 based on Android 9 out-of-the-box.
The device is backed by a 4,500 mAh battery which comes with fast charging support. It is available in Racing Black and Le Mans Blue colors. And, its price is expected to start from Rs. 38,590 for the given storage option.
