Vivo S2 FE with 10,000mAh Battery, MediaTek Dimensity 7300e, 1.5K AMOLED Display Launched in India

Vivo has expanded its S-Series in India with the launch of the Vivo S2 FE, a smartphone built around an unusually large 10,000mAh battery, a bright AMOLED display and durability-focused hardware. The phone will go on sale from October 20, 2026, through Vivo’s online store, retail partners, Amazon India and Flipkart.

The Vivo S2 FE is aimed at users who want longer battery life for streaming, gaming, travel and everyday heavy usage. To highlight the endurance claim, Vivo says the device secured a Guinness World Record for the “Longest Electronic Product Testing Livestream”, with a continuous runtime of 32 hours and 37 minutes.

Vivo S2 FE price in India and launch offers

The Vivo S2 FE price in India starts at Rs 38,999 for the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant. The 8GB RAM and 128GB storage model is priced at Rs 42,999. The handset will be available in Stellar Green, Zen White and Titan Black colour options.

Launch offers differ slightly across online and offline channels. Mainline retail buyers can choose from up to 10% instant cashback, up to 10% exchange bonus, or zero down payment options for up to 15 months. Online buyers can opt for a 10% instant bank discount, a 10% exchange bonus, or up to 12 months of no-cost EMI.

Vivo is also bundling a complimentary one-year extended warranty with the device. Retail buyers can get up to 40% discount on V-Shield protection plans covering screen damage. The company is also offering 100GB of Google One storage for six months with every unit.

Display, Performance and Battery Details

The Vivo S2 FE features a 6.83-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 1260x2800 pixel resolution, HDR10+ support and up to 120Hz refresh rate. The panel supports up to 2,000 nits HBM brightness, which should help with outdoor visibility and video playback in bright conditions.

Powering the phone is the MediaTek Dimensity 7300e chipset, an octa-core 6nm processor clocked at up to 2.5GHz. It is paired with a Mali-G610 GPU, LPDDR4X RAM and UFS 3.1 storage. The phone runs Android 16 with Vivo’s OriginOS 6 interface.

The biggest hardware talking point remains the 10,000mAh minimum-rated battery. The phone supports 44W fast charging through USB Type-C. At 224g for Titan Black and Stellar Green, and 225g for Zen White, the device is heavier than many mainstream phones, which is expected given the battery size.

Camera, Durability and Connectivity

For photography, the Vivo S2 FE has a 50MP main rear camera using a Sony IMX852 sensor with an f/1.8 aperture. It is joined by a 2MP secondary camera and an Aura light. On the front, the phone carries a 32MP camera with an f/2.0 aperture for selfies and video calls.

The smartphone includes an in-display optical fingerprint sensor, stereo speakers, USB Type-C audio and an infrared sensor. It also comes with IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance, along with MIL-STD-810H military-grade durability certification.

Connectivity options include 5G SA/NSA, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS and USB Type-C. The bundled benefits also include access to 10 OTT apps for six months through eligible Jio prepaid recharges, along with a 50% discount on annual JioHotstar Mobile and Super plans.
