Vivo S30 Pro Mini Confirmed to Arrive By the End of May, Featuring a Massive 6,500mAh Battery

Vivo is gearing up to add a new addition to its S-series lineup in China, dubbed the Vivo S30 Pro Mini. The name was officially confirmed by Vivo's Product VP, Ouyang Weifeng, via a post on Weibo. Alongside the name, the executive also shared the launch timeline and a few key specifications of the upcoming phone. Here's what to expect -

Vivo S30 Pro Mini: What to Expect?

The Vivo S30 Pro Mini will feature the same display as the Vivo X200 Pro Mini - a 6.31-inch flat OLED screen with 1.5K resolution, offering sharp visuals in a compact form factor. Despite its smaller size, the device is confirmed to house a massive 6,500mAh battery, making it the largest battery ever seen in a mini smartphone.

According to earlier leaks, the phone will be equipped with a 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope telephoto lens, along with a 50MP front-facing camera. It's also expected to support Fuji-style image filters for enhanced photography and will run on the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset.

As far as the launch is concerned, the Vivo S30 Pro Mini is confirmed to go official in China by the end of this month. The exact launch date hasn't been announced yet.

For the unaware, the Vivo S30 Pro Mini is reportedly launching in India in July with the Vivo X200 FE moniker. However, leaks suggest the X200 FE will be powered by the upcoming Dimensity 9400e chipset, while the Vivo S30 Pro Mini is anticipated to use the Snapdragon processor. Furthermore, the Vivo X200 FE is tipped to be priced between Rs 50,000 and Rs 60,000 in India.
