The Vivo T2 series smartphones include the Vivo T2 and the Vivo T2x. These 5G-enabled Android smartphones will be joined by the top-end Pro variant, Vivo T2 Pro, a leak claims.

Vivo launched the Vivo T2 and the Vivo T2x smartphones under the T2 series in India earlier this year. These are aggressively priced 5G-enabled mid-range Android smartphones. A new leak claims they will soon be joined by a Pro variant.

According to the leak, the Vivo T2 Pro will be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 7200 chipset. Built on the 4nm process, the chipset packs second-generation ARMv9 processors. Some reports claim this chipset has managed to achieve a 600,000 AnTuTu score.

The octa-core Dimensity 7200chipset has 2 Arm Cortex-A715 and 6 Cortex-A510 processors. The two performance cores are capable of hitting 2.8GHz. These CPUs are paired with Arm Mali-G610 MC4 GPU. With HyperEngine 5.0 gaming technologies, the Dimensity 7200 is considered a good midrange gaming chipset.

The Vivo T2 Pro 5G is tipped to be available in two memory configurations. This means the smartphone should ship with 128GB or 258GB of internal storage. Multiple reports suggest both models will have 8GB RAM.

The rest of the Vivo T2 Pro 5G specifications have been leaked yet. However, it is possible that Vivo will retain most of the hardware from the Vivo T2 5G, and may offer a slightly faster charging speed to justify the Pro branding.

Vivo hasn't acknowledged the existence of the Vivo T2 Pro 5G. However, the leak claims Vivo should launch this smartphone next month.

The Vivo T2 Pro 5G will be available exclusively on Flipkart in India. However, given Vivo's extensive offline network, the T2 Pro, along with the T2 and the T2x, should sell at physical retail outlets.

As for the price, the Vivo T2 5G starts at ₹18,999 in India. The Vivo T2 Pro 5G could start above ₹20,000.
