Vivo T5 Lite 44W 5G Launched in India with MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC & 120Hz Display: Price, Specs, Offers

Vivo has expanded its affordable T-series lineup in India with the launch of the Vivo T5 Lite 44W 5G. The new budget 5G smartphone focuses on battery life, durability, and AI-powered software features.

It comes with a 6,500mAh battery, MediaTek's Dimensity 6300 chipset, military-grade durability, and Android 16 out of the box. The handset will go on sale in India starting July 22 through Flipkart and retail channels.

The Vivo T5 Lite 44W 5G is priced at Rs. 19,999 for the 4GB + 128GB variant, while the 6GB + 128GB model costs Rs. 21,999. The top-end 6GB + 256GB variant is priced at Rs. 24,999. The Vivo T5 Lite 44W 5G is available in Wave Blue and Twilight Shadow colour options.

As part of the launch offers, buyers can avail an instant discount of up to Rs. 1,500 using eligible Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, and SBI Bank cards. Vivo is also offering up to three months of no-cost EMI on select purchases.

The Vivo T5 Lite 44W 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, built on a 6nm process. It is paired with up to 6GB LPDDR4x RAM and supports an additional 6GB of virtual RAM for improved multitasking. The phone runs Android 16-based Origin OS and includes AI-powered features such as document generation, audio transcription, and Private Space for enhanced privacy.

On the front, the device sports a 6.74-inch HD+ LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 1,200 nits peak brightness, making it suitable for outdoor use. For photography, the handset features a 50MP Sony IMX852 primary camera paired with a 0.08MP depth sensor, while selfies and video calls are handled by a 5MP front-facing camera.

The smartphone packs a 6,500mAh battery with 44W fast charging, which Vivo claims can charge the battery from 0 to 50 percent in around 37 minutes.

Durability is another key highlight. The device comes with MIL-STD-810H military-grade certification and an IP65 rating for dust and water resistance. Connectivity options include 5G, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth, while security is handled by a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
