Vivo T5x 5G Launched in India With Dimensity 7400 Turbo and 7,200mAh Battery: Check Price, Specs, Offers

Vivo has introduced its first T5 series smartphone in India, the Vivo T5x 5G. The device brings a familiar set of specifications and positions itself as a feature-heavy option in its segment.

Pricing And Availability

The Vivo T5x 5G starts at ₹18,999 for the 6GB + 128GB variant. The 8GB + 128GB model is priced at ₹20,999, while the top-end 8GB + 256GB version costs ₹22,999.

Open sales will begin on March 24 through Flipkart, Vivo India’s website, and authorised retail stores.

As part of the launch offers, buyers can get an additional ₹1,500 discount through bank offers.

Display And Design

The phone comes with a 6.76-inch FHD+ LCD display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate. Vivo says the panel can reach up to 1200 nits of brightness.

It also carries TÜV Rheinland Low Blue Light certification, which is aimed at reducing eye strain during extended use.

Performance And Software

Under the hood, the Vivo T5x 5G is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Turbo chipset. The company claims an AnTuTu score of over 1 million.

On the software side, the device runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. Vivo says it will offer two major OS upgrades along with six years of security updates.

Gaming And Additional Features

For gaming, the phone includes an Ultra Game Mode. This brings features like stable frame rate support, AI Game Voice Changer, 4D Game Vibration, and bypass charging.

Other features include Origin Island, Private Space, Circle to Search, AI Creation tools, and smooth multi-app switching.

The device also comes with dual stereo speakers that support up to 400 percent audio boost. It supports 4K video recording on both the front and rear cameras, along with features like AI UHD and AI Erase.

Camera, Battery, And Build

The Vivo T5x 5G features a 50MP primary rear camera paired with a 2MP bokeh sensor. On the front, there is a 32MP camera.

It packs a 7,200mAh battery with support for 44W fast charging.

In terms of build, the phone comes with IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance, along with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.

Connectivity And Variants

The device supports 5G connectivity, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, and USB Type-C.

It is available in Cyber Green and Star Silver color options, with storage configurations going up to 8GB RAM and 256GB storage.
