Vivo V27 Pro, Vivo V27 With 50MP Cameras Launched in India
The Vivo V27 and the Vivo V27 Pro have debuted in India, arriving as the successor of last year's V25 series. The smartphones are equipped with flagship-level cameras and color-changing back panels. Here's a look at Vivo's V27 series.
Vivo V27, V27 Pro Specifications
The Vivo V27 and Vivo V27 Pro are similar, save for the processor. While the Vivo V27 Pro gets a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 SoC, the V27 features a Dimensity 7200 CPU. Both models support 8GB/12GB LPDDR5 RAM with 128GB/256GB UFS 3.1 storage.
As for the display, the smartphones feature a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED screen. It has a resolution of 2,400 x 1,080 pixels and a refresh rate of 120Hz.
The V27 and V27 Pro have an impressive triple camera setup with a 50MP primary camera and a Sony IMX766V sensor, which is accompanied by an 8MP ultrawide lens and a 2MP macro lens. At the front, there's a 50MP selfie camera with autofocus.
The V27 and V27 Pro boot Android 13 based Funtouch OS 13. Connectivity options include dual-mode 5G (SA and NSA), Wi-Fi 2.4 GHz/5 GHz, and Bluetooth 5.3. Both models pack a 4,600mAh battery with support for 66W fast charging.
The Vivo V27 series comes in Noble Black and Magic Blue color variants. The Magic Blue model has a color-changing back panel, with its hue varying when exposed to sunlight or any UV light. The smartphone sports a curved display with a punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera. It also features an in-display fingerprint sensor.
Vivo V27, V27 Pro Price in India
The Vivo V27 Pro costs ₹37,999 for the 8GB + 128GB model, while the 8GB + 256GB model is priced at ₹39,999. Meanwhile, the top-end 12GB + 256GB variant costs ₹42,999. Users can pre-book the device starting today, and it will go on sale from March 6.
Moving on to the vanilla Vivo V27, the 8GB + 128GB model is priced at ₹32,999 and the 12GB + 256GB version costs ₹36,999. The smartphone will be available for purchase from March 23.
Vivo is providing various launch offers for the V27 series. Customers can avail of up to ₹3,500 discount with ICICI, Kotak, and HDFC bank cards. They can also get an additional discount of ₹2,500 in exchange for older devices.
Users purchasing the Vivo V27 Pro will get ₹1,000 off on the Vivo TWS Air and up to 40 percent off on V-Shield protection.
