Vivo V29e specifications tipped ahead of August 28 launch: Pricing and Design Confirmed

Vivo is all set to launch a new mid-range smartphone later this month. The Vivo V29e launch date in India is set for August 28. However, ahead of the launch, Vivo has been teasing several details about the upcoming V29e.

But a recent exclusive report by The Tech Outlook has confirmed the full Vivo V29e spec sheet. But before we get into the Vivo V29e specifications, let's look at details about the handset's pricing.

Vivo V29e Pricing, Launch in India

First off, the Vivo V29e launch date in India is set for August 28 at 12:00 pm (IST). The Vivo V29e will be sold on Flipkart and Vivo's e-commerce site after its launch in the country.

The company has confirmed that the Vivo V29e price in India will fall between Rs 25,000 and Rs 30,000. The Vivo V29e will come in Artistic Red and Artistic Blue colour options, although only the former will feature a colour changing back panel.

According to leaked material, the Vivo V29e is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 695 SoC paired with the Adreno 619 GPU. The chip will be paired with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. Additionally, the phone will be able to offer an extra 8GB of virtual RAM through the Extended RAM 3.0 feature.

The Vivo V29e will sport a 6.78-inch FHD+ Curved AMOLED display with a peak brightness of 1,300 nits and a 120Hz refresh rate. Vivo manages a 93.3% screen-to-body-ratio and weighs a meagre 180 grams, while measuring 7.55mm thick. The handset will run Android 13-based FuntouchOS 13 out of the box.

The Vivo V29e has also been confirmed to feature a 64 MP primary camera sensor with OIS and an 8 MP ultrawide lens. Up front, Vivo has teased the addition of a 50 MP selfie camera.
