Vivo V30 Series Launch Date Set for February 28: ZEISS Cameras Confirmed on the Vivo V30 Pro

The Vivo V30 series was expected to make its debut this month. And Vivo has made good on that front, recently releasing the Vivo V30, albeit without mentioning details about pricing and availability.

Now, we have the first official teaser for the Vivo V30 series. The teaser comes from Vivo Thailand and confirms that the company is releasing both the Vivo V30 and Vivo V30 Pro.

Vivo V30 Series Launch Date

According to the official post, the Vivo V30 Pro launch date in Thailand is set for February 28, 2024, and the vanilla Vivo V30 will also tag along. The announcement suggests that the Vivo V30 series launch date in India could take place next month, which is in-line with previous reports.

Additionally, the teaser also reveals that the Vivo V30 Pro will feature ZEISS cameras. This does appear to be in-line with the rumors, which suggest the Vivo V30 Pro will leverage Vivo's partnership with ZEISS, something we've previously only seen on the more premium X series, more recently, the Vivo X100 Pro (Review).

Apart from the post on X (formerly Twitter), a microsite for the Vivo V30 series has gone up on the official Vivo Thailand website. The microsite also reveals the back panel of the Vivo V30 and Vivo V30 Pro, which are similar to that of the Vivo S18 and S18 Pro that were unveiled in China last year.

Vivo V30 Series: What we know so far!

So far, the page confirms that the Vivo V30 will be offered in Black, Green, and White color options, similar to that of the Vivo S18. Additionally, the phone has also been confirmed to feature a 3D curved 120Hz OLED display. It will also pack a large 5,000 mAh battery, despite its slim form factor.

Since the Vivo V30 has already been unveiled, its specifications are already well known. On the other hand, the Vivo V30 Pro appears to be a rebranded version of the Vivo S18 Pro. So let's look at the full specifications of the Vivo V30 Series.
