Vivo V40e with MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC, AMOLED Display, 50MP Selfie Camera Launched in India
The Vivo V40e has officially been unveiled in India. The phone debuts as the third smartphone in the line-up, following the Vivo V40 (Review) and Vivo V40 Pro.
The Vivo V40e is also the most affordable smartphone in the line-up, featuring a MediaTek chipset, a massive battery with fast charging support, an OLED display, a dual-rear camera setup, and a high-res selfie camera. Here's a look at the first impressions of the Vivo V40e.

Vivo V40e Price, Offers in India
The Vivo V40e price in India starts from Rs 28,999 for the base 8GB/128GB model. Moreover, the 8GB/256GB variant will set you back Rs 30,999. The Vivo V40e will go on sale in India from October 2.
The Vivo V40e is offered in Royal Bronze and Mint Green shades. Customers who purchase the Vivo V40e using HDFC Bank or SBI cards can get an instant 10% discount or a flat 10% exchange bonus.
The Vivo V40e is currently available for pre-booking in India via Flipkart, Vivo's e-store, Croma, Vijay Sales, Reliance Digital, and other mainline retail channels. Mainline offers include a 10% instant cashback, free 10-month extended warranty, and Vivo's TWS 3e earbuds at Rs 1,499.

The Vivo V40e is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC paired with 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage.The Vivo V40e runs Android 14-based Funtouch OS 14. The phone also comes with dual stereo speakers.
The Vivo V40e sports a 6.77-inch FHD+ Curved AMOLED display with a pixel density of 387 ppi. The screen boasts a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and is SGS low blue light certified. The Vivo V40e also packs a 5,500 mAh battery with 80W wired fast charging support.
For optics, the Vivo V40e features a dual-camera setup with a 50MP Sony IMX882 primary sensor with an f/1.79 aperture and OIS support. The main camera is paired with an 8MP ultrawide lens with a 116° Field of View. Up front, the phone opts for a 50MP Samsung JN1 selfie camera sensor with an f/2.0 aperture and Eye-AF. It also features an in-display fingerprint reader and an Aura light on the back.
