Vivo V50e with MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC, 120Hz OLED Display, 5600 mAh Battery, IP69 Launched in India

The Vivo V50e has officially been unveiled in India as the second V series smartphone to debut in 2025. The Vivo V50e arrives with a MediaTek chipset, a curved OLED display, 4K video recording on both the front and rear cameras, comprehensive water resistance, and a massive battery with fast charging support.

The Vivo V50e price in India is set at Rs 28,999 for the base 8GB/128GB model, while the 8GB/256GB variant will set you back Rs 30,999. The Vivo V50e will go on sale in India starting April 17.

Vivo V50e Specifications

The Vivo V50e is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 SoC paired with 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. Moreover, the phone packs a 5,600 mAh battery with 90W wired fast charging support. It runs Android 15 based on Funtouch OS 15 with Vivo promising three Android OS updates and four years of regular security patches.

The Vivo V50e also sports a 6.77-inch FHD+ (2392 x 1080 pixels) Quad-Curved AMOLED display with a 20:9 aspect ratio. It also features a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+ support, and Diamond Shield Glass protection. The Vivo V50e also boasts an in-display fingerprint reader.

For optics, the Vivo V50e is equipped with a 50MP Sony IMX882 primary sensor with OIS and an 8MP ultrawide lens that are accompanied by an Aura Light. Up front, there's a 50MP selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture and autofocus. Both the front and rear cameras can record 4K video, while the phone also comes with the unique wedding portrait studio feature.

The Vivo V50e comes with an IP68+IP69 rating for resistance to dust and water, while also supporting an underwater photography mode. The phone is SGS five-star overall drop resistance certified. The Vivo V50e weighs 186 grams and packs dual-stereo speakers. The Vivo V50e comes in Pearl White and Sapphire Blue shades.
