Vivo V50e New Leak: Key Specifications and Launch Timeline Tipped
Vivo's V50 series is shaping up to be one of its most talked-about launches, and while much of the attention has been on the standard V50, a new leak is putting the spotlight on the Vivo V50e. The device recently appeared in the Geekbench AI database (spotted by Xpertpick), revealing details about its chipset, RAM, and performance scores.
With certification listings hinting at an imminent launch, it looks like the V50e could arrive in the coming months.

MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Under the Hood
The Vivo V50e will be powered by MediaTek's Dimensity 7300 SoC, the same chipset used in its predecessor, the Vivo V40e. Built on a 4nm process, the processor features four Cortex-A78 cores and four Cortex-A55 cores, with clock speeds of 2.5GHz and 2.0GHz, respectively. This chipset is paired with a Mali-G615 MC2 GPU, making it a reliable mid-range performer.
What sets the V50e apart from the V40e is its software upgrade-it will launch with Android 15 right out of the box, a step up from its predecessor. However, aside from the updated software, the internals appear largely unchanged so far.
Performance Scores and RAM Details
Benchmark results from Geekbench AI provide a first look at the V50e's processing capabilities. The device reportedly scored:
- 529 in Single Precision
- 1,316 in Half Precision
- 2,632 in Quantized Score
These numbers suggest solid AI performance, though they fall in line with what's expected from the Dimensity 7300. The listing also confirms that the V50e will come with 8GB of RAM, maintaining the same memory capacity as its predecessor.
Launch Timeline
The Vivo V50e has already passed BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) and EEC (Eurasian Economic Commission) certification (as spotted by MySmartPrice), which hints at a launch in India and other global markets soon. While there's no confirmed launch date yet, the certification listings suggest we won't have to wait too long.
What Else to Expect?
So far, leaks have focused on the chipset, RAM, and software, but other key details-such as the display, camera setup, and battery capacity-are still under wraps. Given that Vivo tends to refine its devices with each generation, we could see improvements in design, camera hardware, or charging speeds.
