As expected, the Vivo V7+ has been officially launched in India at an event held in New Delhi today. The smartphone is priced at Rs. 21,990 and comes with several exciting features.
The Vivo V7+ features a FullView display with narrower side bezels. The FullView display has 84% screen-to-body ratio and the aspect ratio is 18:9. This is the recent trend among flagship smartphones and the same thing goes with the Vivo flagship as well. The display is something like what we have already seen on the Micromax Canvas Infinity, Samsung Galaxy S8, LG G6, and a few others.
Design and Display
The Vivo V7+ features a unibody design with a dual U-Type Silver Lines. The design looks attractive and it comes in two colors those are customized for the Indian market. When it comes to the display, the screen size is 5.99 inches. As it is a FullView display, there are thin bezels at the sides with 2.15mm bezel width. Eventually, the screen appears to be 12.5% bigger than that on the other smartphones with 5.99-inch screens.
The Vivo V7+ features a 24MP moonlight selfie camera with an aperture of f/2.0 aperture to capture good quality low light selfies. The camera is designed to render enhanced clarity selfies. Notably, this is the first smartphone to have such a selfie camera. The front camera comes with Face Beauty 7.0, Natural Effect and Portrait Mode. The Face Beauty 7.0 comes into effect even during video calling. The rear camera is a 16MP sensor with f/2.0 aperture and PDAF. There is a Face Access feature that lets you unlock your smartphone with facial recognition kind of feature. You just have to look into the camera to unlock your phone.
The Vivo V7+ has a 64-bit octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 450 SoC paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage capacity. Notably, the Vivo V7+ is the first smartphone to be launched with the Snapdragon 450 SoC in India. The processor is said to render 25% higher performance and 25% lower battery consumption. The device comes with a 3225mAh battery that is claimed to render a longer backup.
There is a fingerprint sensor as well on the Vivo smartphone. The smartphone runs on Funtouch OS 3.2 that offers multitasking with ease. Also, the handset supports using two accounts on social media apps to separate your work and personal life. The Hi-Fi audio chip renders a great audio experience without any interference.

The Vivo V7+ is priced at Rs. 21,990. The Vivo smartphone will be available for pre-booking from today and the sale will debut on September 15.
