The Vivo V70 FE is now available for purchase in India. To recall, the V70 FE made its debut in India last week as the third phone in the V70 line-up. Like the Vivo V70 and V70 Elite, the V70 FE also focuses on camera performance, battery life, and aesthetics.

The Vivo V70 FE price in India starts at Rs 37,999 for the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage version. Two higher variants are available: 8GB RAM with 256GB storage at Rs 40,999, and 12GB RAM with 256GB storage at Rs 44,999. All three options use UFS 3.1 storage.

The Vivo V70 FE is available for purchase through Amazon, Flipkart, vivo India's e-Store, and retail outlets. Customers using HDFC, Kotak, and Axis bank cards can get a 10% instant discount. Vivo notes that offline buyers can also receive 10% cashback on cards from select partner banks.

Powering the Vivo V70 FE is the MediaTek Dimensity 7360 Turbo chipset built on a 4nm process. The octa-core CPU can reach speeds up to 2.5GHz and is paired with a Mali-G615 MC2 GPU. Buyers can pick either 8GB or 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM, depending on budget and needs. The 7000mAh battery supports 90W fast charging over a USB Type-C 2.0 port, aiming to shorten charging times while keeping long endurance.

The Vivo V70 FE uses a 6.83-inch AMOLED panel with a 20:9 aspect ratio and 1.5K resolution. The screen supports a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+, with claimed peak brightness of up to 1900 nits. On the front, the Vivo V70 FE offers a 50MP selfie camera for photos and video calls. Vivo includes eye autofocus and an f/2.0 aperture to keep faces in focus.

The rear camera system on the Vivo V70 FE is led by a 200MP primary sensor measuring 1/1.56 inches. This main camera supports optical image stabilisation to help reduce blur during low-light or shaky shots. An 8MP ultrawide lens handles wider scenes like buildings, groups, and landscapes.

The Vivo V70 FE runs Android 16 with OriginOS 6 on top, as confirmed by Vivo. The company also commits to delivering security patches for 6 years, extending the phone's useful life. The device includes stereo speakers for media and calls, and uses the USB Type-C port for audio output.

Despite carrying a 7000mAh typical capacity battery, the Vivo V70 FE keeps a relatively slim profile. Vivo lists the thickness at 7.59mm or 7.69mm, depending on colour. The Northern Lights Purple finish uses layered photoluminescent material that absorbs sunlight or UV light and glows subtly in dim conditions.

According to Vivo, this glowing back aims to offer more even lighting and a sense of depth on the rear panel. Buyers who choose the Monsoon Blue colour do not get the glow effect but keep the same dimensions and weight.

Both finishes share the same camera module layout and button placement. Diamond Shield Glass covers the display for protection against scratches and everyday knocks. Moreover, the IP68 + IP69 rating offers comprehensive protection against water and dust.
