Vivo X100 Series Launch Confirmed: X100 and X100 Pro Arriving Before Year-End
Vivo is actively gearing up for the release of its highly anticipated flagship series, the Vivo X100 lineup. The upcoming series is anticipated to include three models: the Vivo X100, X100 Pro, and X100 Pro+.
Let's dive into the details.
Vivo X100 Launch Timeline
During a recent event, Vivo's Global President, Shen Wei, broke the silence on the launch plans for the Vivo X100 series. Officially confirming the news, Shen Wei revealed that the Vivo X100 and X100 Pro models are slated for a launch in China by the end of the year, with November emerging as a probable timeframe.

On the other hand, the premium variant, the Vivo X100 Pro+, is expected to make its grand debut in the subsequent year. Although an exact launch date for the X100 Pro+ remains undisclosed, it's reasonable to anticipate its introduction during the first quarter of 2024.
Speculations
The Vivo X90 series was released in February of this year and was released in different regions, including India, at different times.

It is likely that the Vivo X100 series will be released in India in a similar manner.
Peek Into the X100 Pro's Features
Recent reports and speculations offer tantalizing details about the expected features of the Vivo X100 Pro. A curved-edge OLED display with a 1.5K resolution and an impressive 120Hz high refresh rate are among the anticipated highlights.
Turning to the optics, the Vivo X100 Pro is rumored to sport a triple-camera setup. This arrangement is speculated to include a sizable 1-inch primary sensor, potentially a 50MP module, accompanied by a 64MP periscope telephoto lens, likely the OmniVision OV64B. Additionally, an ultra-wide-angle lens with a resolution of 12MP, utilizing the IMX663 sensor, might complete the trio.
As for processing power, expectations point towards the MediaTek Dimensity 9300 chipset driving the X100 Pro's performance.
Vivo X100 Pro+: Will It Come to India?
The Vivo X100 Pro+ is still up in the air for India. Based on the X90 series, which only included the X90 and X90 Pro models in India, the future of the X100 Pro+ is uncertain.
