Vivo X200 Debuts as the World's First MediaTek Dimensity 9400 Smartphone: Check Price, Specifications, Feature

The Vivo X200 features a MediaTek chipset, a versatile camera setup co-developed by ZEISS, a vibrant 2K LTPO OLED display, a massive battery with both wired and wireless fast charging support, and the latest iteration of Vivo's Origin OS software.

Vivo X200 Pricing, Colour Options
The Vivo X200 price in China starts from CNY 4,299 (around Rs 51,000) for the base 12GB/256GB model. The Vivo X200 comes in Titanium, Sapphire Blue, Night Black, and White Moonlight colour options.
Additionally, the Vivo X200 also comes in a 12GB/512GB, a 16GB/512GB, and a 16GB/1TB configuration that will set you back CNY 4,699 (around Rs 55,750), CNY 4,999 (around Rs 59,300), and CNY 5,499 (around Rs 65,250), respectively.
As of now, there are no details about the Vivo X200 line-up's availability outside China. However, we believe, the Vivo X200 series launch in India could take place in January 2025.
Vivo X200 Specifications
The Vivo X200 is powered by the 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC paired with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. Moreover, the handset packs a massive 5,800 mAh BlueVolt battery that supports 90W wired fast charging support. The battery uses Vivo's third generation Silicone anode technology to ensure it remains cool under pressure.
The vanilla Vivo X200 also features an industry-leading 6.67-inch quad curved OLED display with Zeiss Natural Color. The screen features an adaptive 120Hz refresh rate and supports HDR10+. It boasts a 1.5K resolution and 2160Hz high frequency PWM dimming with hardware-level eye protection. Lastly, the display on the Vivo X200 can achieve a peak of 4,500 nits and features an optical in-display fingerprint reader.

For optics, the Vivo X200 is equipped with a 50MP Sony LYT-818 1/1.28" primary sensor with an f/1.57 aperture. The main camera also features CIPA 4.5 professional-grade image stabilization. Accompanying the main camera is a 50MP ultrawide shooter and a 50MP Sony IMX882 periscope lens with a 1/1.95" sensor, an f/2.57 aperture, and 100x ZEISS Ultra HD zoom.
The cameras on the Vivo X200 are co-developed with ZEISS with ZEISS T* coating covering the lenses. The Vivo X200 can also record 4K video at 120fps with 10-bit colours. Up front, the Vivo X200 opts for a 32MP selfie camera with an f/2.0 aperture. The X200 also features a dedicated V2 imaging chip. The Vivo X200 runs Android 15-based OriginOS 5.0 out of the box.
The Vivo X200 also features an IP69 rating for resistance to dust and water. The phone also comes with the Origin Island feature that mimics the Dynamic Island on the iPhone 16 series. It offers SOS text broadcasting, along with individual voice and text communication capabilities. While Vivo and MediaTek have also collaborated to develop a Bluetooth-based text messaging feature on the X200 that works within 1km.
