Vivo X200 FE and X Fold 5 India Launch Timeline Tipped: Here's What to Expect?

Vivo is expected to expand its X200 series in India with a new model called the X200 FE. While there's no official confirmation regarding the same, the upcoming device has been generating a lot of buzz lately.

Now, the latest information has once again shed light on its expected colour options and launch timeline. Additionally, the launch timeline for Vivo's next-generation foldable X Fold 5 in India has been tipped, which is likely to be unveiled in China in July. Here's everything you should know about Vivo's new launches.

Vivo X200 FE New Details Surfaced Online

The latest update comes from tipster Paras Guglani, who shared new details. The Vivo X200 FE is said to be available in four color options: Gray, Black, Pink, and Yellow. Earlier leaks had already confirmed the Gray and Yellow variants along with the storage configurations. The tipster also mentioned that the X200 FE is likely to be announced in late June.

Previous reports suggested a July launch, with the device expected to arrive in two configurations-12GB RAM with 256GB storage and 16GB RAM with 512GB storage.

Additionally, Guglani shared insights on Vivo's upcoming foldable flagship. The Vivo X Fold 5 5G is expected to launch in India sometime in the third quarter of this year.

Vivo X200 FE Specifications (Expected)

For the unaware, the Vivo X200 FE is expected to be the rebranded version of the Vivo S30 Pro Mini, which is set to launch in China on May 29. So, the X200 FE should have the same set of specs as the S30 Pro Mini. Given that, we expect the phone may sport a flat 6.31-inch LTPO OLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. It could be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400e chipset.

For imaging, the Vivo X200 FE might offer a triple camera setup comprising a 50MP Sony IMX921 primary sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle camera, and a 50MP Sony IMX882 3X telephoto camera. Other features are expected to include a 50MP selfie camera, an IP68/69 rating, an in-display fingerprint scanner, and WiFi 6 for connectivity.
