Vivo X200 FE with MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC, ZEISS Optics, 6500 mAh Battery, 120Hz OLED Display Launched

The Vivo X200 FE recently made its debut in Taiwan. The Vivo X200 FE debuts as the fifth smartphone in the series, following the Vivo X200, X200 Pro, X200 Ultra, and X200 Pro mini.

The Vivo X200 FE features a powerful MediaTek chip, a super-smooth 120Hz OLED display, a massive silicon carbon battery, fast charging support, and a triple rear camera setup co-developed with ZEISS.

The Vivo X200 FE price in Taiwan is yet to be announced. Moreover, the handset will be unveiled in select global markets in the coming weeks. Vivo has confirmed that the X200 FE will be unveiled in Thailand on July 3, while the device is already up for pre-order in Malaysia.

The Vivo X200 FE is unlikely to make its debut in India anytime soon as its specifications are nearly identical to the recently launched Vivo T4 Ultra. It is believed to be a rebranded version of the Vivo S30 Pro Mini, which debuted in China last month.

Vivo X200 FE Specifications

The device is powered by the octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC, complemented by 12GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB UFS 3.1 storage. The Vivo X200 FE houses a 6500mAh battery with 90W fast charging support. The device measures 150.83 x 71.76 x 7.99mm and weighs 186g.

The dual-SIM Vivo X200 FE operates on Funtouch OS 15, which is based on Android 15. It boasts a 6.31-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1.5K (1,216 × 2,640 pixels), a 120Hz refresh rate, and a pixel density of 460ppi.

In terms of photography, the Vivo X200 FE is equipped with a Zeiss-branded triple rear camera setup, including a 50-megapixel Zeiss IMX921 main sensor, a 50-megapixel telephoto lens, and an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera. For selfies and video calls, it features a 50-megapixel wide-angle front camera.
