Vivo X200 Ultra Design & Specs Leaked: Snapdragon 8 Elite, Up to 24GB RAM/2TB Storage, 5000 Nits Display
Vivo appears to be preparing for the launch of the Vivo X200 Ultra, the rumored fourth model in its X200 series. While the Vivo X200, X200 Pro, and X200 Pro Mini have already made their way to global markets, the X200 Ultra is expected to debut in March or April 2025 as the successor to the Vivo X100 Ultra.

A Bold Design with Zeiss Branding
A leaked image shared on X (formerly Twitter) by user JohnnyManuel_89 has provided an early look at the phone's design. According to the image, the Vivo X200 Ultra boasts a distinctive circular camera module on the back, housing three camera sensors and a Zeiss logo at the center-a continuation of Vivo's collaboration with the optics giant. An LED flash is positioned in the top-right corner of the module, completing the sleek setup.
The phone's back panel appears to have a textured finish, setting it apart from other premium smartphones. On the side, the volume rocker and power button are neatly placed on the right edge. Up front, the device features micro quad-curved edges, narrow bezels, and a center-positioned punch-hole selfie camera.
While the render looks striking, it's worth noting that these early leaks aren't always accurate. Vivo is yet to confirm any design details, so it's best to take this information with a pinch of salt.
Specifications
Leaks accompanying the render have also provided insight into what could be the Vivo X200 Ultra's key specifications.
Display
The X200 Ultra may feature a 6.82-inch 2K OLED quad-curved display with a 120Hz refresh rate and an astonishing 5000 nits of peak brightness. This would not only enhance visual quality but also make it one of the brightest displays on the market, perfect for outdoor use.
Processor and Memory
At its core, the Vivo X200 Ultra is rumored to run on Qualcomm's Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, a powerful upgrade over the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 in the X100 Ultra. Memory configurations could include up to 24GB of LPDDR5X RAM and a staggering 2TB of UFS 4.0 storage, catering to users who demand top-tier performance and ample storage.
Battery and Charging
The phone is expected to pack a robust 6000mAh battery with 90W wired and 50W wireless charging capabilities. This is a step up from its predecessor's 5,500mAh battery and more modest charging speeds, ensuring that the X200 Ultra can keep up with heavy usage while minimizing downtime.
Camera System
Photography enthusiasts might find plenty to love with the rumored camera setup. The X200 Ultra could feature:
- A 50MP Sony LYT818 primary camera.
- A 200MP HP telephoto lens with an 85mm focal length for detailed zoom shots.
- A 50MP macro telephoto lens with a 70mm focal length.
For selfies, the device is said to include a 50MP front-facing camera, continuing Vivo's tradition of prioritizing high-quality imaging.
Additional Features
Other expected features include IP68/IP69 water and dust resistance, satellite communication, NFC, an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, Bluetooth 5.4, and infrared remote control functionality, ensuring a well-rounded flagship experience.
Availability and Global Reach
The Vivo X100 Ultra didn't make its way to India, so it remains uncertain whether the X200 Ultra will launch in the country. However, Vivo's track record of expanding its lineup globally leaves room for speculation about its availability.
