Vivo X200 Ultra Dual Imaging Chip, Camera Button, Quad-Curved Display Confirmed Ahead of Launch
The Vivo X200 Ultra is set to make its debut in China next month. Moreover, the Vivo X200 Ultra will launch alongside the Vivo X200s. Ahead of the launch, Vivo has teased a few details about its upcoming X200 Ultra handset.

Ahead of the launch, Vivo has revealed a few key details about the X200 Ultra. The Vivo X200 Ultra will feature a new camera button, similar to that of the iPhone 16 Pro Max.

Moreover, the Vivo X200 Ultra will also be slimmer than the iPhone 16 Pro Max. The teaser image shared by Vivo's Product Manager Han Bo Xiao also showcases the X200 Ultra's quad-curved OLED display.

Apart from the camera button, Han Bo Xiao also confirmed that the Vivo X200 Ultra will feature a not one but two dedicated imaging chips, the VS1 and V3+. To recall, the V3+ imaging chip is already used on the Vivo X200 Pro.
The VS1 is a new dual-core imaging processor, known as PreISP, designed to enhance image quality through advanced pre-processing. Working alongside the smartphone's main chipset and the V3+ imaging chip, the VS1 boosts computational photography capabilities, particularly improving portraits and optimizing image quality under complex lighting conditions.

Additionally, the Vivo X200 Ultra is confirmed to feature a zoom flash that supports telephoto focal lengths, enabling enhanced lighting for distant subjects. With these advancements, the device aims to deliver SLR-level flash portraits.
Vivo X200 Ultra: What to Expect?
The Vivo X200 Ultra will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset paired with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. The phone will also pack a 6,000 mAh silicon carbon battery with 90W wired and 50W wireless fast charging support. The Vivo X200 Ultra is also expected to feature a quad-curved 2K OLED display by BOE.
The Vivo X200 Ultra will also feature a triple-camera setup with a 50MP Sony LYT-818 main camera with OIS and a 50MP ultrawide lens, which is expected to use the same sensor as the primary camera. Finally, the Vivo X200 Ultra will feature a 200MP Samsung HP9 periscope lens, which is based on new prism technology.
