Vivo X200, Vivo X200 Pro Global Launch Date Set for November 19: India Release to Follow Soon After
The Vivo X200 series is set to make its global debut this week. The Vivo X200 series was unveiled in China as the first to feature the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chip back in October.
While the original line-up included the Vivo X200, X200 Pro, and X200 Pro Mini, only the vanilla X200 and X200 Pro are launching globally. Following the global launch, the Vivo X200 series is expected to arrive in India some time next month.

Vivo X200 Series Global Launch Confirmed
The global launch of the Vivo X200 series will take place in Malaysia first on November 19 at 04:00 pm local time or 01:30 pm IST. The launch of the Vivo X200 series in Malaysia will give us a better idea of its global pricing. It is worth noting that Vivo is expected to skip the X200 Pro Mini in Indian and global markets.
The Vivo X200 series could arrive in India as early as next month. To recall, the Vivo X100 series launched in India in early January 2024 with the X100 Pro (Review) still maintaining its title as the best smartphone we've tested for street photography.
Vivo X200 Series Specifications
The Vivo X200 and X200 Pro are flagship smartphones powered by the cutting-edge 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset, co-developed with Vivo. Both devices offer up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage. The X200 is backed by a 5,800mAh battery with 90W wired fast charging, while the X200 Pro packs a larger 6,000mAh battery utilizing third-generation silicon anode technology, supporting 90W wired and 30W wireless charging.
In the camera department, both models feature a Zeiss-co-engineered 50MP triple-camera setup. The X200 Pro comes with a Sony LYT-818 main sensor, a 50MP ultrawide lens, and a 200MP periscope lens. Meanwhile, the X200 includes a 50MP periscope shooter. Both support 4K video recording at 120fps and have a 32MP front camera. They run on Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15.
Display-wise, the X200 Pro sports a 6.78-inch quad-curved LTPO OLED screen with Zeiss Natural Color, an adaptive refresh rate ranging from 0.5Hz to 120Hz, Dolby Vision support, and a peak brightness of 4,500 nits. It also boasts an IP69 rating for dust and water resistance. The X200, on the other hand, features a slightly smaller 6.67-inch quad-curved OLED display with HDR10+ support, both offering 1.5K resolution and 2160Hz PWM dimming for eye comfort.
