Vivo X200T Launched in India with MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ SoC, Three 50MP ZEISS Cameras, 5 Android OS Updates

Vivo has officially unveiled the X200T in India. The Vivo X200T debuts as a value flagship with a MediaTek chip, three 50MP cameras, a vibrant OLED display, a large silicon carbon battery with both wired and wireless fast charging support, and long term software support.

The Vivo X200T price in India starts from Rs 59,999 for the base 12GB/256GB model. Moreover, the handset also comes in a 12GB/512GB configuration that will set you back Rs 69,999. The Vivo X200T is offered in Seaside Lilac and Stellar Black shades.

The Vivo X200T is currently available for pre-booking in India through Flipkart and Vivo's e-store. It will also be available through offline retail channels. The Vivo X200T will go on sale in India from February 3, 2026.

Vivo is offering an instant discount of Rs 5,000 on the purchase of the X200T with Kotak, HDFC, SBI, and Axis Bank credit cards. Those not opting for bank discounts can get an exchange bonus of Rs 5,000 on the Vivo X200T.

Vivo X200T Specifications

The Vivo X200T is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9400 Plus SoC paired with the Immortalis-G925 GPU. Moreover, the handset also comes with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.1 storage. The Vivo X200T runs Android 16 with OriginOS 6 on top. Vivo promises five years of Android OS updates and seven years of security patches with the X200T.

For optics, the Vivo X200T features a triple rear camera setup that includes a 50MP Sony IMX921 primary sensor (1/1.56″) with OIS, and an f/1.57 aperture, a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide lens (1/2.76″) with an f/2.0 aperture, 15mm FOV, and autofocus, and a 50MP Sony IMX882 telephoto unit (1/1.95″) with an f/2.57 aperture, OIS, and 3x optical zoom.

The rear camera setup on the X200T is co-developed with ZEISS and feature ZEISS T* coating. Up front, the Vivo X200T opts for a 32MP selfie camera. The handset also sports a 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The display supports HDR10+ and can achieve a peak brightness of 5,000 nits.

The Vivo X200T packs a 6,200mAh silicon carbon battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless fast charging support. To sustain peak performance, the X200T is equipped with a 4,500 mm² liquid cooling vapor chamber. The Vivo X200T also boasts an IP68+IP69 rating for resistance to dust and water.
