Vivo X300 Series Global Launch Date Confirmed for October 30: Here’s When It Arrives In India
The Vivo X300 series made its debut in China last week as the first to use the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chip. Now, the camera focused Vivo X300 and X300 Pro are going global.

The Vivo X300 series launch date in Europe is set for October 30 at 05:00 pm CET or 08:30 pm IST. An official listing for the X300 series has already gone live on the Vivo's official website in Austria and the Czech Republic.

Following the launch, the Vivo X300 series India launch will take place sometime next month. We expect the Vivo X300 Pro price in India to start from under Rs 1,00,000, while the vanilla Vivo X300 could be priced at under Rs 70,000.
Vivo X300 Series Specifications
The Vivo X300 boasts a 6.31-inch BOE Q10+ LTPO OLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Its flat LIPO-based display technology ensures slim bezels on all sides. Meanwhile, the X300 Pro offers a larger 6.78-inch micro-curved display, maintaining the same resolution and refresh rate. They run on OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.
Both models are equipped with MediaTek's Dimensity 9500 chip, promising performance comparable to Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. They come with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 storage for efficient multitasking and rapid app loading. In terms of battery life, the Vivo X300 is powered by a 6,040mAh battery, while the X300 Pro features a slightly larger 6,510mAh battery. Both support fast charging at 90W wired and 40W wirelessly.

The collaboration with Zeiss continues in the camera department. The Vivo X300 includes a 200MP Samsung HPB primary sensor, a 50MP ultra-wide Samsung JN1 lens, and a 50MP Sony LYT-602 periscope telephoto lens. The Pro model features a different setup with a 50MP Sony LYT-828 main sensor, along with a similar ultra-wide lens and an upgraded periscope telephoto camera.
Both phones have Zeiss T* lens coating to minimise reflections and enhance colour accuracy. Additionally, they include Vivo's V1 and V3+ imaging chips for improved computational photography in low-light and portrait modes. Both smartphones come with IP68 water and dust resistance ratings and feature an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner. Vivo will also unveil a range of accessories along with the X300 series.
