Vivo X300 Series New Leak

As noted, the Vivo X200 lineup is said to comprise two lower models, most likely the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro Mini, which are expected to feature flat displays. On the other hand, high-end X300 Pro and X300 Ultra models are tipped to come with larger quad-curved screens.

The tipster further suggests the reason behind offering different screens is due to the internal component arrangement. Moreover, the leak hints Vivo might offer a 200MP periscope camera only for the higher-end models.

Vivo X300 Series Specs and Launch Timeline (Expected)

The same tipster previously revealed that the Vivo X300 will come with a smaller display compared to the current X200 model. Vivo could use the next-generation Dimensity 9500 chip for all models of the X300 series phones except for the Ultra model.

As far as the launch is concerned, the next-gen X300 series might follow the same launch timeline as the X200 series which was launched in China in October 2024. However, the X300 Ultra might arrive sometime in 2026.

Now, the brand is expected to launch the Vivo X200 Ultra. While the exact launch date is still unknown at this moment, rumours suggest it could take place in April. The X200 Ultra is tipped to come with the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. It may pack a 6,000mAh battery, the same as the Vivo X200 Pro. The device is also expected to support 90W fast wired charging and 50W wireless charging. Upfront, it's likely to feature a 6.8-inch 2K LTPO OLED display with minimal bezels and slightly curved edges.

For optics, the Ultra model is rumoured to offer a 50MP triple camera system including a 200MP periscope telephoto lens. In addition to the X200 Ultra, Vivo may introduce the Vivo X200S, featuring the Dimensity 9400 Plus chipset.
