Vivo X300 Series Launch Timeline Tipped in New Leak – Key Specs, Design We Know So Far

Vivo is gearing up to unveil its upcoming X300 series. As of now, there is no official confirmation regarding its timeline. However, earlier reports hinted that the Vivo X300 and X300 Pro could launch by the end of September, but a fresh leak now points to a revised launch timeline.

According to tipster Smart Pikachu, the Vivo X300 series is now expected to launch in October. The leak also reveals that the upcoming lineup will feature Zeiss-coated cameras and be powered by the Dimensity 9500 chipset. While the exact date is unknown, report suggests it may arrive after October 8.

In addition to the smartphones, Vivo is said to bring a new pair of earbuds at the same time. The tipster further noted that the company plans to strengthen its IoT portfolio next year with several flagship wearables.

Vivo X300 Series – What We Know So Far

In terms of design, the Vivo X300 Pro will have a centered circular camera module, a design element carried forward from the X200 Pro. In terms of specs, the X300 Pro is rumoured to pack a massive 7,000mAh battery, which would be an upgrade from the 6,000mAh cell in the X200 Pro and the 5,400mAh battery found in the X100 Pro. On the front, the device is expected to sport a 6.8-inch flat display with a crisp 1.5K resolution (1,260 x 2,800 pixels).

Moreover, the X300 Pro is said to get new sensors from both Sony and Samsung. It will include Sony's LYT828 sensor, a 50MP unit with a large 1.28-inch size and 1.22 μm pixels. Even the periscope telephoto camera on the Pro model will be switching to a new Samsung sensor.
