Vivo X300 Series Leak Suggests Dual 200MP Cameras and Dimensity 9500 Chipset
Leaker Digital Chat Station has shared new details about the upcoming vivo X300 series, expected to launch later this year.
According to the leak, all models in the X300 lineup will feature a 200MP 1/1.4-inch primary sensor, replacing the 50MP Sony LYT-818 1/1.28-inch sensor used in the previous X200 series.

The leak also mentions that the X300 Pro mini variant will include a triple rear camera setup, consisting of:
- a 200MP main camera,
- a 50MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and
- a 50MP IMX882 telephoto sensor supporting 3x optical zoom.
An optical focus prism module is also said to be part of the camera system.
Additionally, Digital Chat Station claims that the top-tier X300 model will feature a 200MP periscope telephoto lens, bringing the total to two 200MP sensors on a single device.
Display, Design, and Biometrics
The X300 Pro mini is expected to feature a 6.3-inch OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is also reported to include a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint scanner.
Build and Durability Features
According to the leak, the X300 Pro mini will support wireless charging and will carry both IP68 and IP69 certifications for water and dust resistance.
Chipset and Performance
The entire vivo X300 series is expected to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 SoC. Specific details about the chipset's performance have not been mentioned in the leak.
Expected Launch Timeline
Digital Chat Station reports that the vivo X300 series is scheduled to launch in October 2025. Official confirmation from vivo is still pending.
