Vivo X300 Ultra, OnePlus 15T, iQOO 15 Ultra, More: Here Are the Best-Performing Phones, According to AnTuTu

AnTuTu has released its performance rankings for April, based on average benchmark scores from China. The iQOO 15 Ultra leads flagship phones, the iQOO Z11 tops the mid-range list, and the vivo Pad6 Pro takes first place among tablets, giving a clear view of which chips and brands perform best in these tests.

The charts consider only completed benchmarks from users in China and rely on average scores, not peak runs. This method reduces the impact of one-off record attempts and highlights consistent performance. Across categories, Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 dominates flagship phones and many tablets, while MediaTek’s Dimensity 8-series rules the mid-range rankings.

AnTuTu Rankings for April 2026

In the flagship category, the iQOO 15 Ultra sits at the top of AnTuTu’s April list. The standard iQOO 15 follows in second place, with the RedMagic 11 Pro+ in third. The Realme GT 8 Pro ranks next, ahead of the Oppo Find X9 Ultra, the OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra, the Honor Magic8 Pro, the Honor Magic8, the vivo X300 Ultra, and the OnePlus 15T.

Most of these ten flagship phones share the same platform. Nine models use the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 SoC, while the OnePlus Ace 6 Ultra is the exception, running the Dimensity 9500 instead. On this list, Qualcomm’s flagship chip clearly outperforms MediaTek’s offering in AnTuTu’s April data for high-end devices.

Chipset Trends Across Mid-range Phones and Tablets

Chip choices define the mid-range April AnTuTu rankings. Qualcomm does not appear in the top ten at all. Instead, MediaTek’s Dimensity 8-series fills every spot. The Dimensity 8500 powers four phones, the Dimensity 8450 is used by two, and the Dimensity 8400 shows up in four models, marking a clean sweep in this segment.

Tablets show a more mixed but still Snapdragon-heavy pattern in AnTuTu’s April list. The vivo Pad6 Pro leads, with the Lenovo Legion Tab Y700 (Gen 5) in second place and the Oppo Pad 5 Pro ranking third. Next come the Redmi K Pad 2, the Honor MagicPad3 Pro 13.3, and the Oppo Pad 4 Pro, followed by the H3C MegaBook, the OnePlus Pad 2 Pro, the RedMagic Astra and the Xiaomi Pad 8 Pro.

Four tablets in the April AnTuTu rankings rely on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5, including the top two models and the Oppo Pad 5 Pro. Another four run the Snapdragon 8 Elite. One tablet uses the Dimensity 9500, while the H3C MegaBook is the sole device on the list using an Intel CPU, rounding out the performance picture.
