The Vivo X300 Ultra is expected to be the world's first flagship phone to offer 200MP cameras. Now, the launch timeline of the phone has leaked online. Here's when it could arrive:

According to the tipster Digital Chat Station, the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5-powered Ultra phone is tentatively scheduled to launch in March 2026. While he did not mention the device's name, it is expected to be the Vivo X300 Ultra.

Vivo X300 Ultra – What We Know So Far

As noted, the X300 Ultra is said to come with one of the most advanced camera systems we've seen on a smartphone. It could offer two 200MP sensors—one for the main wide-angle camera and another for the periscope telephoto lens—alongside a 50MP ultrawide and a 50MP autofocus selfie camera.

Moreover, the smartphone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip, paired with OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. It's also tipped to sport a 6.8-inch 2K OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate.
