How the Accessories Work

This is the part that makes the X300 series different from most phones at this price.

The X300 Ultra is compatible with the ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 Ultra (400mm equivalent, 4.7x magnification) and the Imaging Grip Kit, while the X300 FE works with the ZEISS Telephoto Extender Gen 2 (200mm equivalent, 2.35x magnification) and a dedicated Tele Case.

The extenders mount over the existing telephoto lens and are designed to work across photo, video, and stage modes.

Whether you'll actually use them daily is a separate question, but for anyone who shoots events, wildlife, or sports on a phone, this is genuinely useful hardware.

Vivo X300 Ultra Specs

The X300 Ultra is Vivo's most camera-forward phone to date, and the specs back that up.

The main camera is a 200MP Sony LYT-901 sensor at a 35mm equivalent focal length, f/1.9 aperture, with gimbal-style optical stabilisation. The periscope telephoto is also 200MP, sitting at an 85mm equivalent with f/2.7 and 3.7x optical zoom. The third lens is a 50MP ultrawide at 14mm with a 116-degree field of view.

Video goes up to 8K at 30fps on the rear, with 4K at up to 120fps including 10-bit Log and Dolby Vision HDR support.

The display is a 6.82-inch AMOLED panel at 1440 x 3168 resolution with a 144Hz refresh rate. Power comes from a 6,600mAh battery with 100W wired and 40W wireless charging. The chip is the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5. Software support is confirmed at 5 years of Android OS upgrades and 7 years of security updates.

Vivo X300 FE Specs

The X300 FE runs on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5, is 7.99mm thin, weighs 191g, and carries a 6,500mAh battery with 90W wired and 40W wireless charging.

Its rear camera setup includes a 50MP primary (Sony IMX921), a 50MP periscope telephoto (Sony IMX882, 3x optical zoom), an 8MP ultrawide, and a 50MP selfie camera.

It's a more grounded spec sheet than the Ultra, but the FE isn't cutting corners on the fundamentals. A 6,500mAh battery with wireless charging and a Zeiss-tuned periscope telephoto at ₹79,999 is a competitive package.

Stay tuned for the official launch!
