Vivo X300s Launched in China With 144Hz Display, Dimensity 9500, 200MP Camera: Check Price, Specs
Vivo has introduced the X300s in China at its latest product event, with updates focused on the display, camera system, and battery.
The phone is now available to order and will go on sale starting April 3.

Display And Performance
The X300s comes with a 6.78-inch flat OLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. This is the first time the X series is moving to a 144Hz panel.
The display uses LTPO technology and supports high-frequency PWM dimming. Vivo also mentions support for 144FPS gameplay in supported titles.
On the performance side, the device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 processor, paired with the company’s V3+ imaging chip.
Camera And Imaging Features
Cameras remain a key focus for the X series.
The X300s features a 200MP main sensor along with a telephoto camera based on Sony’s LYTIA 602 sensor. Both support image stabilization and are part of a setup certified by Zeiss.
Vivo has also introduced a new Zoom Flash II system, which is designed to improve lighting output. There are also multiple film-style lighting profiles available.
On the software side, the phone includes tools like a customizable color palette and AI-based shooting modes.
Battery And Other Details
The device packs a 7100mAh battery and supports 90W wired charging, along with wireless and reverse wireless charging.
Other features include stereo speakers, an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, and IP68 and IP69 ratings for dust and water resistance.
