Vivo is reportedly preparing to expand its flagship smartphone lineup with the X500 series. The upcoming range is expected to include the Vivo X500, X500 Pro and X500 Pro Max. While Vivo has yet to officially confirm the devices, a new leak has revealed their possible specifications, battery capacities and launch timeline.

Vivo X500 Series Launch Timeline

According to the leak, the Vivo X500 series could debut in China around late September or October. The lineup is then expected to reach India by late November. The information also suggests that Vivo could introduce a circular camera module across the X500 series, continuing the company's focus on distinctive camera designs.

Vivo X500 Pro Max Specifications (Expected)

The Vivo X500 Pro Max is expected to be the most advanced model in the series. The smartphone could feature a 6.85-inch 2K LTPO OLED display with a high refresh rate and a flat panel design.

Under the hood, it is tipped to use the 2nm MediaTek Dimensity 9600 Pro chipset. The camera setup could include a 50-megapixel Sony LYT910 primary sensor with LOFIC technology, paired with a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera and a 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera. The telephoto sensor is reportedly 1/1.4-inch in size.

The handset could pack a battery exceeding 7,500mAh with support for 90W wired charging.

Vivo X500 Pro Specifications (Expected)

The Vivo X500 Pro is tipped to feature a smaller 6.37-inch 1.5K LTPO OLED display with a high refresh rate and flat design. Like the Pro Max, it could be powered by the 2nm Dimensity 9600 Pro chipset.

For photography, the smartphone may feature the same 50-megapixel Sony LYT910 primary sensor with LOFIC, accompanied by a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera. A 64-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 3x or 3.5x optical zoom is also expected.

The X500 Pro could feature a battery close to 7,000mAh and support 90W charging.

The standard Vivo X500 could feature a 6.59-inch 1.5K LTPS OLED display with a high refresh rate. It is expected to be powered by the 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9600 chipset.

The phone could feature a 50-megapixel Sony LYT910 primary camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide sensor and a 64-megapixel periscope telephoto camera. A roughly 7,500mAh battery with 90W charging is also tipped.
