Vivo has silently launched a new Y-series smartphone named - the Vivo Y18 in India. The smartphone is an entry-level offering from the brand that comes with an official IP rating, a 90Hz display, and much more. Check out the pricing, features, and availability of the Vivo Y18 in the country.

The Vivo Y18 has a 6.56-inch LCD panel with HD+ (1612×720 pixels) resolution and a 90Hz refresh rate. The phone is powered by the MediaTek Helio G85 SoC paired with 4GB RAM and up to 128GB of internal storage which also supports an additional storage expansion via a dedicated microSD card.

For imaging, there is a 50MP primary camera and a secondary sensor led by an LED flash. Upfront, the phone gets an 8MP selfie camera sensor. The Vivo Y18 also packs a 5,000 mAh battery with 15W charging support. On the software front, the phone runs on Android 14 OS. Other features include a side-mounted fingerprint sensor and an IP54 rating for water and dust resistance.
