Vivo Y300 5G Launch Date in India Confirmed: Check Expected Specifications and Pricing

The Vivo Y300 recently got an official launch date in India. Vivo has been teasing the launch of the Y300 5G in India for a while now but has only now revealed that the device will be launching in the country on November 21.

Ahead of the launch, the Vivo Y300 5G's design has been revealed as it is seen in the hands of brand ambassador of the Y series, Suhana Khan. Moreover, the Vivo Y300's design appears to be similar to that of the Vivo V40 Lite, which was unveiled in global markets back in September.

The Vivo Y300 5G is launching in India on November 21 at 12 noon IST. Following its launch, the Vivo Y300 will go on sale in India through the company's e-store and Flipkart.

The Vivo Y300 5G price in India is expected to start from under Rs 20,000 in India, putting it smackdab under the Vivo V40e (Review). While Vivo's official page reveals the design of the Y300 5G, its specifications are still under wraps. However, if the Vivo Y300 debuts as a rebranded V40 Lite, then here's what to expect.

Vivo Y300 Specifications (Expected)

The Vivo Y300 is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage. Moreover, the phone could also pack a 5,000 mAh battery with 80W wired fast charging support. The Vivo Y300 5G will likely sport a 6.67-inch E4 AMOLED display with an FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.

For optics, the Vivo Y300 5G is expected to feature a dual-camera setup with an Aura LED light on the back. The setup includes a 50MP Sony IMX882 primary sensor and an 8MP ultrawide lens. Up front, the Y300 5G could opt for a 32MP selfie camera. The Vivo Y300 5G is also expected to feature an IP64 rating for resistance to dust and water.
