As promised, Vivo has announced its latest Y series model dubbed -- the Vivo Y300 5G in India. The smartphone arrives as a successor to last year's Y200 5G, featuring an upgraded processor, fast charging capabilities, and more. The Vivo Y300 has a 6.67-inch (2400 ×1080 pixels) Full HD+ E4 AMOLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate, and up to 1800 nits peak brightness. The device is powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor paired with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage.

For imaging, there's a 50MP Sony IMX882 primary camera and a 2MP bokeh camera at the rear panel, complemented by an Aura Light and Dual LED Flash. Upfront, the Vivo Y300 5G opts for a 32MP selfie camera.

The handset also packs a 5000mAh battery with 80W fast charging, an upgrade over 44W Quick charging of the Vivo Y200 5G. Besides, the Y300 features an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance and an in-display fingerprint sensor. Lastly, the smartphone (Phantom Purple, Emerald Green) measures 163.17x 75.93 7.79mm in dimension and weighs 188g, while the Titanium Silver colour variant of the phone measures 7.95mm and weighs 190g.

The Vivo Y300 5G price in India starts at Rs 21,999 for the 8GB/128GB model, while the 8GB/256GB model will cost Rs 23,999. As noted, it comes in three colour options namely -- Phantom Purple, Emerald Green and Titanium Silver.

Moreover, the phone will be available for purchase starting November 26 via Flipkart the the brand's official website.
