Vivo Y300 Launched with Dimensity 6300 Chip, 6500mAh Battery, 120Hz Display: Price, Specs, Availability
As promised, Vivo has launched the Y300 5G smartphone in its homegrown market. The smartphone is different compared to the Indian variant of the Y300 5G, which was launched last month. Let's take a look at the specifications, price, and availability of the latest Vivo Y300 in China.
Vivo Y300 Specifications
The Vivo Y300 has a 6.77-inch (2392 x 1080 pixels) Full HD AMOLED display with up to 1800 nits peak brightness that supports 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+. The handset is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor paired with up to 12GB LPDDR4X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS2.2 storage. Running Android 14, the Vivo Y300 packs a massive 6500mAh battery with 44W fast charging.

For optics, there's a 50MP primary camera with OIS and a 2MP depth sensor. Upfront, the Vivo Y300 opts for an 8MP selfie camera. Other features include an in-display fingerprint sensor, Bluetooth 5.4, and an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance.
Vivo Y300 Price and Availability
The Vivo Y300 price in China starts at 1399 yuan (around Rs 16,311) for the 8GB/128GB model and goes up to 1999 yuan (around Rs 23,301). The smartphone is already up for grabs in the Chinese market.
For the unaware, the Vivo Y300 price in India starts at Rs 21,999 for the 8GB/128GB model, while the 8GB/256GB model is priced at Rs 23,999. In terms of specs, the Indian variant is powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 processor paired with 8GB RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage.
It also packs a slightly smaller 5000mAh battery; however, the handset supports 80W fast charging in India. For imaging, there's a 50MP Sony IMX882 primary camera, a 2MP bokeh camera and a 32MP selfie camera.
