Vivo Y300i Set to Launch on March 14; Specifications and Pricing Revealed Via China's Telecom Website
Vivo is gearing up to launch a new Y series handset dubbed the Y300i, which will succeed last year's Vivo Y200i. The upcoming smartphone was recently spotted on China's Telecom website, revealing its features, design, and expected pricing. Now, the brand has confirmed the Vivo Y300i will be launching on March 14 in China. Here's everything you need to know about the upcoming Vivo Y300i.
Vivo Y300i Design and Specifications (Expected)
In terms of design, the Vivo Y300i is expected to share an identical look as the Vivo Y200i. The phone will feature a circular rear camera module placed in the top left corner of the rear panel. Up front, the phone will have a flat display panel with slim bezels and a punch-hole cutout at the top to house the selfie camera. The volume rocker and the power button will be placed on the right spine.
Coming to the features, the Vivo Y300i is tipped to feature a 6.68-inch HD+ display. It could be powered by the Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 SoC, the same processor paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of internal storage. For imaging, the Y300i is expected to offer a 50MP dual rear camera system and a 5MP selfie camera. On the software front, it may run on Android 15 with OriginOS 5 skin on top. Moreover, the handset will likely include a massive 6,500mAh battery with 44W fast charging and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor.
Vivo Y300i Expected Price
According to China's Telecom listing, the Vivo Y300i may start at CNY 1,499 (roughly Rs 17,900). The phone is also expected to come in Ink Jade Black, Rime Blue, and Titanium colour options.
