Vivo Y31 5G and Y31 Pro 5G Launched in India: Check Price, Specs, and Offers

Vivo has added two new models to its budget 5G lineup in India with the launch of the Y31 5G and Y31 Pro 5G. Both phones bring large 6500mAh batteries, 120Hz displays, and a focus on durability, with prices starting under ₹15,000.

Vivo Y31 5G: Bigger Battery, Better Protection

The Y31 5G takes over from last year’s Y29 but keeps the same 6.68-inch LCD screen with 120Hz refresh rate and 1000 nits brightness. The big change is a 6500mAh battery paired with 44W FlashCharge, making it more power-efficient for daily use.

Vivo has also improved durability with IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance. The phone uses a triple-layer water-resistant design, offering full external sealing and reinforced protection for every opening. Powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, it features up to 6GB RAM, 128GB storage, stereo speakers, and a 50MP main camera alongside an 8MP front shooter.

Vivo Y31 Pro 5G: More Power and Storage

The Y31 Pro 5G is based on the Y300t that launched in China earlier this year. It features a slightly larger 6.72-inch Full HD+ display with 1050 nits brightness and the newer Dimensity 7300 processor built on a 4nm process. Storage is faster too, with up to 256GB UFS 3.1 available alongside 8GB RAM.

It runs Android 15 with OriginOS 15, supports Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.4, and comes with stereo speakers. The camera setup includes a 50MP rear shooter with a 2MP depth sensor and an 8MP selfie camera. Like the standard model, it carries a 6500mAh battery with 44W fast charging, though the durability rating is IP64.
